A new beginning in 2017, we decided to change the name of this publication from ICLaD to ICLU. This change is part of our effort to present an overview and basic information about the latest legal developments in the Indonesia criminal law reform
In this edition we present information about the legislative framework of the juvenile justice system in Indonesia. We do hope that with more comprehensive information and focused on specific issues in juvenile justice system, we hope our reader will have a good overview of the juvenile justice system in Indonesia
