Dear respected readers, we have a simple favor.
As an independent nonprofit organization, the Institute for Criminal Justice Reform (ICJR) was established to take part in the legal reform process in the Indonesian criminal law sector. The process of legal reform requires the involvement of the public, so that the law can be in accordance with the aspirations of the 1945 Constitution and can support the state goal stated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution.
The public involvement is essential to ensure the functioning of democratic mechanisms. All our efforts to engage and support the legal reform process are tough work and require great support.
Like any other nonprofit organizations, the ICJR works in complex and difficult situations which full of challenges. However, we do not make any payment wall for people to access our publications. Thus, we will always be highly dependent to our beloved supporters.
We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to become a supporter of the ICJR. However, should you share a common vision with us, you can be part of our mission to ensure that Indonesia will have a fair, accountable and transparent legal system for all its citizens, without any distinction of social status, political views, skin color, gender, origin, sexual orientation and nationality.
As a little as IDR 15.000 (USD 1.09), you can be part of our mission and support ICJR to keep working to ensure the Indonesian legal system becomes more just, transparent and accountable.
